In collaboration with Directors of Care, Nurses and carers we focus and strive to help improve the quality of life and efficiency of care provided to our patients. Reducing the cost incurred through injuries in the workplace and especially injuries that can be prevented has allowed us to keep both patients and carers in mind.
Our focus being, to also help improve and advise on more efficient uses of resources like our online base training. A safe working environment is key at reducing the risk for injuries, allowing caregivers to continue to build strong connections with their patients and their families.
